We are looking for a Test Manager to join an international team supporting business-critical applications within the insurance sector.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and execute functional testing activities.
• Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases and testing documentation.
• Execute test campaigns and report results.
• Identify, report and follow up defects and risks.
• Support Go/No-Go decisions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers and Test Leads.
• Ensure compliance with testing standards and methodologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Testing or Test Management.
