Test Manager

Job Details: At least 7 years of experience working as a Test Manager or Program Test Manager delivering large, complex programs across corporate, finance, and insurance domains. Proven experience leading testing across Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM and HCM platforms, with strong understanding of integration, configuration and end-to-end business process assurance. Demonstrated experience in insurance domain programs, including delivery across enterprise transformation or transition initiatives. Strong experience in corporate and finance functions, including finance processes, accounting controls, reconciliations, reporting and assurance of financial outcomes. Experience defining program-level test strategies and governance across multiple test streams including vendor testing, SIT, UAT, CVT and PVT.
