Test Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Testing Manager to lead quality assurance efforts across complex programs. This role will oversee testing strategy, execution, and coordination across business and technology teams in both Agile and waterfall environments.
Responsibilities

+ Lead and manage testing efforts across multiple projects and teams

+ Oversee test planning, execution, and defect management

+ Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure quality delivery

+ Manage scope, requirements, and quality processes throughout the SDLC

+ Track test progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed

+ Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and automation
