Test Manager (f/m/d)

Test Strategy & Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive end-to-end test strategy across multiple workstreams.

Test Execution: Coordinate manual and automated testing activities for ERP systems and integrated tools.

Testing Phases: Plan and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Testing.

Team Leadership: Lead internal and external test teams in global, cross-functional projects.

Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and automation.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main contact for business and technical stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights on testing activities .

Defect & Compliance: Manage defect triage and support audits to ensure compliance and product quality.
