JD:

· 12+ years of overall QA experience, with at least 5+ years in a Test Manager / QA Leadership role.

· Proven experience in managing blended teams (manual and automation).

· Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and defect management processes.

· Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks (Java, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Tosca, RestAssured, or similar).

· Experience in Web UI, API, and Mobile testing.

· Expertise in test environment management, test data management, and CI/CD pipelines.

· Strong project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

· Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to drive decision-making.
