Key Responsibilities

• Plan, Execute, Analyze and Lead on System Level and Part-Quality related testing for new product development initiatives by establishing baseline process, cycle time limits, process window limits, and performing systematic process troubleshooting for all part quality and system defects.
• Support the development testing of new applications/materials (e.g., BioResins, rPET, Multilayer PET and Packaging, Medical, etc.).
• Contribute to development of Process Guidelines and Best Practices and assist with establishing pass/fail criteria for new applications as required.
• Participate in upfront risk identification efforts through FMEA or other methods.
