**Job Description**

The **Test Engineer** designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and Test Equipment for production testing of small UAV systems and the PCBA's and sub-system that comprise them.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products.
+ This position requires C# / OOP software development using Visual Studio IDE. Experience in LabVIEW is also required.
+ Plans the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing, configuring and calibrating product.
+ Develops test plans and strategies
+ Independently drives for results and consistently meets deliverables on projects with aggressive timelines.
+ Work with diverse teams across multiple disciplines.
+ Provides feedback to product design team to improve testability of design.
