Must Have Skills & Qualifications

Foundational & Entry-Level Technical Skills

Basic understanding of automotive electrical/electronic systems, especially ECUs

Ability to read and reason through electrical circuits and schematics (explicitly evaluated during interview)

Familiarity with vehicle testing environments (lab and vehicle-based testing)



Tools & Software

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) — critical for day to day work

Exposure to diagnostic tools connecting laptops to vehicles

Comfort using oscilloscopes and basic lab equipment



Professional & Behavioral Skills

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with suppliers, plants, service, and global counterparts
