Test Engineer is responsible for implementing cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment, including capacity expansion, yield enhancement, and cost reduction activities. The role requires working across teams and factories to focus on test‑related quality improvement.

• Debug and characterize silicon on ATE, correlating results with bench data.
• Analyze silicon results and support failure analysis tasks.
• Perform statistical analysis of yield fallout, debug and fix yield issues, and optimize test time.
• Collaborate with the production team to release products to volume production.
