Test Engineer

At USI Mexico, we are looking for talented professionals to join our team as a Test Engineer within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) sector. If you are passionate about continuous improvement and process analysis, this opportunity is for you!

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (completed degree)
• +3 years of experience in the electronics industry (EMS) in Test Engineering
• Conversational English

Experience in:

• Functional testing
• ICT / FCT
• Linux (Shell / Bash)
• Schematic and Gerber interpretation
• Validation methodologies (GR&R)

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to production lines
• Lead and manage test technicians
• Oversee maintenance of test equipment
