Job Description

What You Will Do
Responsible for completing all related resources (Equipment, Fixture, PCB, Procedure) in preparation before launch testing.
Review test plan with local/global team and manage test projects according to lab workflow, ensure project testing completion on time.
Lead test failure analysis and support PDE to close 8D report.
Ensure test methods correctly, align with global labs testing procedure, and ensure all execution processes are based on relevant guiding documents (SOP).
Some degrees risk and resource assessment capabilities, along with a strong quality awareness.
Review and summery test data/results.
Communicate with commercial lab for outsource testing.
Initiate and lead the development of new capabilities.
Train test engineer/technicians on testing procedures.
Support the ISO17025 lab quality management system.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
