Test Automation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Manager to lead the team in enhancing our test automation strategy. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping our testing strategy, driving automation adoption, and mentoring a high‑performing testing team.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Design, implement, and maintain the test automation architecture
• Lead the planning, design, development, and implementation of automated test frameworks for RESTful APIs, microservices, and other backend systems
• Develop and implement quality standards and quality control systems
• Oversee the execution of automated tests, analyze results, and report on test progress and quality metrics
• Identify and prioritize issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience
