Test and Product Engineering OJT

YOUR ROLE

As an OJT, your role is to support Test and Product Engineers on the following activities:

• Initiate COST Reduction and/or SFV and Yield improvement activities to maintain %SFV to WWS performance aligned w/ CORA
• Supports TPEs and product technicians on hold lots validation to reduce Hold inventory, improve hold rate and reduce cycle time
• Help engineers on some automation projects

Your Skills & Experiences

• Fundamental knowledge in semiconductor testing methodology
• Basic understanding and operation of Automated Testing Equipment and knowledge in handler operations
• Fundamental Statistical Analysis
• Fundamental failure analysis and characterization skills
