Role Summary

You will lead the store team to deliver a great customer experience, work across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, and act as the go-to person for day‑to‑day operational queries. You will build positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best, confidently take over when the Manager is absent, make balanced and flexible decisions, adapt well to change, coach colleagues with feedback and role‑model great service, and stay curious to improve service for customers, communities, and the planet.
