Pay and hours
Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £15.59 per hour; increases to £16.86 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location. It is Tesco policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week; roles with a minimum of 12 hours are also available.

We will schedule your contracted hours within the availability windows and provide 3 weeks notice of your shifts. We are committed to flexibility and will consider near-match availability.
