Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12) if requested.

The role includes availability windows during the week. Shifts will be scheduled within these times, with 3 weeks’ notice of exact shift dates. We aim to support flexibility, so if your availability matches closely but not exactly the advertised times, we’d still love to hear from you.
