Responsibilities

Develop sales growth strategies for the assigned territory by analyzing the competitive landscape, market conditions, and implementing the necessary tools to achieve sales objectives. Stay informed of market trends, competitive activities, product line changes, and emerging technologies. Develop new customer relationships to increase sales across the network. Work closely with Head Office to promote and coordinate activities for stores within the assigned territory. Analyze territory performance by product lines and customer segments and implement action plans based on the results. Build and maintain up-to-date customer profiles using the CRM system (services offered, number of employees, etc.). Establish solid business relationships with store managers and coordinate territory activities and events (e.g., training clinics).
