THE ROLE

The Territorial Sales Manager is the frontline executor of the sales organisation. Operating within a defined city or town cluster, the TSM is responsible for driving daily sales, managing local trade relationships, and ensuring the brand is well-represented at every retail touchpoint. This is a high-activity, high-accountability field role where consistent ground-level execution directly translates into business results.
