Job Summary:
The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for managing and expanding sales within an assigned geographical territory. This role involves working closely with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers to ensure product availability, achieve sales targets, and enhance brand presence in the market. The TSO will also be responsible for executing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth for the company's tea products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify and approach new customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, to expand the customer base.
Ensure the availability of company tea products in all key retail and wholesale outlets.
Manage relationships with existing distributors and retailers to increase product sales and order volumes.
