Responsibilities
- Own and drive sales performance across Norway for the Surgery portfolio, focusing on Hernia and Breast Reconstruction.
- Build and maintain long‑term, trust‑based relationships with surgeons, nurses, and decision‑makers.
- Actively manage and influence tender processes, ensuring alignment with procurement requirements and internal stakeholders.
- Plan and deliver product demonstrations, clinical workshops, and educational training sessions.
- Identify, initiate, and execute new commercial opportunities within the territory.
