Job Description

Hologic is seeking a dynamic and driven Surgical Territory Manager (TM) to join our Canadian sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical device sales, with a focus on surgical products and the operating room. 
The TM will successfully manage a territory promoting the company’s GYN surgical products to meet established sales objectives and goals in an ethical manner. 
Knowledge Understanding of medical device sales practices, including capital equipment and disposable product sales within surgical environments. 
Knowledge of hysteroscopic and laparoscopic procedures and the clinical workflows associated with operating room environments. 
Familiarity with the Canadian healthcare system, hospital procurement processes, and healthcare purchasing dynamics.
