The Role

Our Territory Manager is a frontline leader who manages distributors and trade within the designated territory to ensure effective and efficient distribution operations and deliver sales and key performance indicators. The role requires developing a deep understanding of sales and driving meaningful change in line with TMICC's growth agenda.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Drive Underlying Volume/Sales Growth across the Food Services channel within the assigned territory.
• Execute customer growth plans for key Food Services customers including hotels, restaurants, cafés, ice cream parlours, caterers, and institutional accounts.
• Identify, acquire, and onboard new Food Services customers to expand TMICC’s footprint and market penetration.
