Responsibilities

• To perform dispatch activities for terminal loading operations including printing of Bulk Loading Instruction (BLI), security seals recording & dispatching, Delivery Note (DN) printing and all other related items. To be responsible for GSAP release from “Loaded” to “Delivery Confirmed” status
• To contact relevant parties & collect all information required in order to keep track in GSAP of the deliveries completed differently from the original plan
• To investigate all inconsistent deliveries in order to ensure that the right quantity is invoiced to the right customer
• To investigate & resolve timely all inconsistencies in loaded & delivered quantities
• To perform yellow copy checks & ensure that they are all returned by Haulier. To perform Yellow Copy scanning timely for custom’s submission
