Job Summary
This position is to complete the connection between Management & Operational team. Ensuing structural development of Terminal in terms of administrative policy development & work at field as per standard practice.
Duties/Responsibilities
Increasing the operations capacity by improving the performance, monitoring the operational expenses, taking corrective actions, Developing new strategies to increase operations with safe and cost-efficient methods. 2. Ensure achievement of the operations targets and daily update management regarding operational activities including loading, dispatch and import operation.
Provide Management with decision-making support by exposing all relevant information necessary to enable sound and informed final decision making.
Plan, implement and oversee the work of staff members to ensure efficiency and compliance with organizational requirements and company procedures.
