Job Summary

The Terminal Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the terminal, ensuring dispatch, fleet operations, and support functions are managed effectively to meet delivery commitments, customer service expectations, productivity and operating earnings targets. This role oversees terminal personnel and works collaboratively with other terminals and corporate functions to optimize asset utilization, routing, and compliance with all applicable transportation regulations.
