Term Technician (IT)(O/HKIIT(ST)/TERM_TECH(IT)/02/26)

Major Duties

: (a) To operate and maintain the PCs, servers and networking equipment; (b) To install and manage software and operating systems for PCs and servers; (c) To provide IT-related technical support for staff and/or students; (d) To take charge of day-to-day system maintenance; (e) To compile system reports, update operation documents and guidelines; (f) To assist in the procurement and inventory control of relevant stores, software licenses and consumables; and (g) To assist in interactive media application production, photo and video taking, production of audio-visual archives, graphic and multimedia design and publishing work, where necessary.
