Tender Engineer

Mission: Perform customer projects bids and commercial offers. Key Responsibilities: Responsible of the day-to-day analysis of Request For Quotations Prepare costing using standard processes and tools. Prepare offer documentation consistent validated data which has been provided by opportunity leader (team) inside our internal tool. Perform simple risk analysis if required. Offers can be stand alone tender or internal solutions more complex. Main Activities: Provide support to the Tender Manager in the day-to-day actions of the tendering team. Process customer Request For Quotations efficiently to meet the customer requested date. If you are unable to meet customer requested date, then escalate to Tender manager for review. Understand customer specifications to ensure the correct requirements are delivered. Any ambiguities must be clarified with opportunity leader prior to uploading Request For Quotation in bFO.
