Tender Engineer

Tender Engineer Scope · Responsible of the day to day analysis of uncomplicated Request For Quotations · Prepare costing using standard processes and tools. · Prepare offer documentation consistent validated data which has been provided by opportunity leader (team) inside bFO. · Perform simple risk analysis if required. Offers can be stand alone tender (ETO Category D) or internal solutions more complex (ETO Category B/C). In this role you main activities will be: • Provide support to the Tender Manager in the day to day actions of the tendering team. • Process customer Request For Quotations efficiently to meet the customer requested date. If you are unable to meet customer requested date then escalate to Tender manager for review. • Interpret customer specifications to ensure the correct requirements are delivered. • Any ambiguities must be clarified with opportunity leader prior to uploading Request For Quotation in bFO. • Ensure customer and opportunity leader are aware of any non-...
