The Tenancy Support Officer plays a vital role in helping tenants with complex needs sustain their tenancies and maintain independent living. The post holder provides intensive, person-centred support to vulnerable tenants living in Rugby Borough Council properties by developing tailored support plans, coordinating services, and working collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.
