Tenancy Support Officer

Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Tenancy Support Officer for a Local Authority Client in Warwickshire.

In this role, you will carry out tenancy audits and home visits to support tenants with complex needs, helping them to sustain their tenancies through practical, person-centred support.

Duties:

• Carry out tenancy audits and regular home visits to ensure compliance and identify support needs
• Develop and monitor tenancy support plans for tenants with complex needs
• Work with internal teams and external agencies to sustain tenancies and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate case records, reports, and performance data

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience in a housing, tenancy support, or visiting officer role
• Proven experience working with vulnerable tenants and complex needs
