Responsibilities

• Deal with complex cases where the tenancy may be at risk, including self‑neglect and hoarded properties; attend professionals’ meetings and work closely with the Tenancy Management Sustainment Officer.
• Carry out lettings and sign‑ups on Medway Council properties and garages.
• Handle a wide range of tenancy management functions such as mutual exchange requests, succession and change of tenancy requests.
• Consult with and work closely with customers to ensure their views are considered in the management of their homes.
