Job Description
Job Scope
-Typing simple emails/letters/standard court documents, corresponding with clients (phone or WhatsApp), collating/sorting documents, scheduling, posting letters and other general admin duties.
-Transcribe oral instructions from lawyer into written form (e.g. onto an email or letter)
Requirements
-Able to follow instructions
-Able to note down oral instructions quickly on paper
-Honest with high level of integrity
-Able to work independently
–IT savvy (MS Office), good telephone and Whatspp manners
-Meticulous and careful as you may need to do a fair bit of proof-reading and fact checking
-Prepared to take on ad hoc duties if needed (e.g. to do banking errands/mailing of letters)
Working Hours/Days
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, 3 days per week
Hourly Pay $12.50
