We're looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team on a temporary basis, covering a period of maternity leave. Potential for a permanent contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-loved independent brewery at an exciting time in our growth.

The Role

You'll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, keeping things running smoothly across order processing, administration, customer communications, and accounts support. You'll also play a key role in helping us develop our use of AI tools - both in terms of data input and identifying ways AI can support and grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing and managing orders through Brewman, including credits, ullages, empties, and stock adjustments
• Handling customer and trade enquiries via phone and email
