Temporary Logistics Despatch Operator

Job Overview

We are currently looking to recruit temporary despatch operatives for our cable manufacturing facility in Wrexham. Reporting to the team leader. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a commitment to continual improvement in safety, quality and productivity in all areas of manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that H&S awareness is present at all times
• Cut and pack cable drums to designated Customer lengths
• Data inputting into SAP
• Housekeeping within the Internal & External Areas around Despatch
• Maneuvering of drums around the Despatch Area using an FLT

Qualifications

• Possess a high level of drive and energy, with a strong safety mindset
• Self‑starter, positive and proactive attitude, prepared to take the initiative and works well under pressure
• Team worker with good communication skills
• FLT experience preferable but not essential as ...
