Temporary Labourer (Parks)

Overview

Parks Operations is looking to hire team members in the areas:

• Turf: Maintain, repair and renovate turf inventory
• Park Infrastructure & Amenities: Maintain playground, trail, and park furniture
• Horticulture & Community Gardens: Install/remove and maintain (including watering) horticulture inventory (planting beds, pots, hanging baskets)
• Sports Fields & Courts: Operate and maintain sport fields & hard surface courts inventory
• Downtown Core: Maintain and support core area experience (litter, garbage, graffiti, inspections, furniture set up & takedown)

Please note initial selection for available positions will occur in early February. Applications received after this will be kept in an application pool in case of future opportunities.
