Job Description

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Workplace Well-being team member to serve as a temporary, part-time OR full-time Group Fitness Coordinator for a high-profile company located in Santa Clara, CA. 
This is a temporary position lasting approximately two months or based on business needs. 
This is an on-site role and includes teaching one general group fitness class each day from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
What you will do:
Develop effective, engaging, and motivating class formats accompanied by fun and appropriate playlists.
Ensure that Group Fitness programming and classes meet the operating standards and culture of the site, Client, and Workplace Well-being.
Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism as they enter the facility.
Respond to and provide assistance with members’ feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating to management as needed.
