Temporary Grounds Tractor Operator — On-site

Positive Employment is currently recruiting for a Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader for our client a government organisation in Conwy, Wales. Do you enjoy working outdoors and have experience operating tractors or specialist vehicles? Are you practical, reliable, and take pride in keeping outdoor spaces looking their best? If so, we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly grounds maintenance team, helping to care for and enhance green spaces across Conwy. This role is a temporary contract initially for 2 months with the possibility to extend. This role is 4 days on site. 1 day in the office.

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Safely operating tractors and specialist vehicles.
• Using a range of tractor-mounted equipment to support grounds maintenance work and cyclical highway verge cutting.
• Maintaining high standards across parks, open spaces, and landscaped areas.
