Responsibilities

• Support students who require additional social-emotional, behavioral, and academic assistance.
• Create a trauma-informed, culturally affirming environment rooted in Indigenous teachings, land-based learning, and strong family–school–community partnerships.
• Collaborate with a classroom teacher and Heart and Fire Mentor (Outreach) to support students.
• Contribute to building safe spaces where students feel a deep sense of connection, belonging, and success.
