About the Role

We're supporting a well-known Housing Association in recruiting x3 Outbound Call Executives to join their friendly and supportive Customer Support Team.

In this role, you'll be contacting tenants to confirm details, update their information, and ensure the organisation holds accurate, GDPR-compliant records. You'll also check whether customers still wish to receive services and action updates accordingly.
