Location: Nome Salary: $38.35 hourly Job Summary Serves as work crew supervisor / foreman during the on-site development, installation and cleanup of Weatherization or other construction projects. Duties & Responsibilities Perform as on-site working supervisor of a construction/weatherization crew. Meet production schedules and quality standards for assigned project. Maintain required documentation for all materials and labor used to complete each assigned home/project. This includes day to day record of material usage, labor hours / time sheets and local purchases. Assist the Project Supervisor in providing accountability and security of materials, equipment and supplies. May be assigned to inventory the bulk materials delivery upon arrival at the work site. Insure work site is clean upon completion of work. Insures all trash is disposed of properly.
