Qualifications and Experience

: Bachelor of Education in Trades and Technology or equivalent; Training and experience in woodworking, mechanics and/or welding; Red Seal Certified in a trade; Diploma/Certificate in trades; Have familiarity with In-classroom Learning Technologies and applications (SMART Notebook, Solo6, Kurzweil, Office365, Google Apps/Gsuite, Student Response systems) will be considered an asset; Knowledge of MyEducation BC will be considered an asset; A proven ability with assessment of and for learning strategies; Interest in learning and sharing knowledge regarding academic post-secondary programming with students; Successful experience integrating local Indigenous culture and traditions into curriculum, or Familiarity with and understanding of local Indigenous culture and commitment to integrate it into the curriculum; The ability to use a variety of teaching and learning strategies that can accommodate the learning needs of all learners; A prove...
