A minimum of one year in building construction and maintenance is needed, along with experience in plumbing and electrical systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Shampoo carpets and maintain flooring
• Oversee grounds, landscaping, and maintenance
• Conduct basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting
• Perform pool cleaning and service checks
• Assist with additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
• At least one year of relevant maintenance experience
• Capacity to lift 50 lbs
