The IT Team Lead oversees day to day technology operations, ensuring reliable performance of systems, networks, and support services. This role works alongside IT support staff, coordinates technical projects, enforces IT policies, and works closely with the IT Director to maintain a secure, efficient, and user friendly technology environment.
