As a Guided Surgery Services Coordinator you will serve as the primary liaison to referring dentists, managing all aspects of Level I and II treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Use treatment planning software to efficiently create implant treatment plans.
• Present and provide treatment planning options directly to dentists to ensure restorative‑based treatment plans utilizing the patient’s current anatomy.
• Field incoming technical support queries from customers in dedicated markets (based on language competencies).
• Act as an intermediary between customers and second‑level support (3rd‑party equipment manufacturers or centralized production facility) to solve more complex technical problems.
