ROLE OVERVIEW

In this role, you will be the primary voice of the company — engaging prospective clients, following up on leads, servicing existing policyholders, and liaising with insurers and other third parties. You will play a key part in generating business, maintaining relationships, and ensuring every interaction reflects the professionalism and trust that defines our brokerage.
