Job Description
- Respond to inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable RICI services (ISO certification, training courses, inspection services)
- Share quotations, brochures, and course schedules with prospects
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maintain accurate records in CRM / client database
- Coordinate with the Certification & Training team for smooth client onboarding
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of telesales / inside sales / customer support experience
- Excellent English and Urdu communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
- Confident phone manner and professional written communication
- Familiarity with ISO standards or B2B services is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools
- Target-driven with strong follow-up discipline
