Telesales Executives (2 Positions)

• Respond to inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable RICI services (ISO certification, training courses, inspection services)
• Share quotations, brochures, and course schedules with prospects
• Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Maintain accurate records in CRM / client database
• Coordinate with the Certification & Training team for smooth client onboarding

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of telesales / inside sales / customer support experience
• Excellent English and Urdu communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
• Confident phone manner and professional written communication
• Familiarity with ISO standards or B2B services is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools
• Target-driven with strong follow-up discipline
