Job Overview

We are looking for a Tele‑Sales Representative to work full‑time for a client located in Tredegar, South Wales. The role reports to the Director of Marketing and focuses on contacting existing and potential customers, recording activity in the CRM, and meeting sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing and potential customers by phone to promote products and services.
• Record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed set sales quotas.
• Explain product features and benefits effectively to prospects.
