About the Role
Goldfinch is hiring Tele Sales Executives for its flagship RUDA Chahar Bagh Project.
This role is ideal for confident communicators who can handle calls, qualify real estate leads, and convert prospects into bookings through structured follow-ups.
You'll be working from our Gulberg office, engaging with high-intent leads generated through digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound sales calls
Qualify leads based on budget and buying intent
Provide accurate project, pricing & booking information
Conduct follow-ups via calls & WhatsApp
Update CRM with call outcomes and lead status
Achieve daily call and monthly conversion targets
Coordinate with senior sales team for closures/site visits
