Telesales Executive

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and generate sales
• Explain product service details clearly
• Convince customers to buy or use services
• Handle inbound customer queries
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain customer database and records
• Achieve daily weekly monthly sales targets
• Handle customer objections and provide solutions
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Report sales activity to the manager

Skills

• Good communication and fluency in English/Hindi-Must/Telgu/Tamil/Tulu/Kannada/Gujarati/Malyalam languages
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Good listening and customer handling skills
• Confidence and positive attitude on calls
• Ability to handle rejection and pressure
