The Telemonitoring Installer is responsible for traveling throughout the state to install, service or pick up equipment in client’s homes.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for the installation and removal of Telemonitor equipment in patient’s homes throughout the state.


+ Provides follow-up to patients after installation.


+ Provides follow-up to telemonitor vendor and telemonitor staff after installation.


+ Assists with associated paperwork.


+ Communicates effectively and tactfully with patients, recognizing their age, cultural diversity, needs, abilities and physical condition.
